This Policy explains, in plain language, how ViralizaShop handles the information needed to provide access to the app and to create ads.

1. Controller and contact

2. What personal data we collect

To create and access your account, we collect only the name and email address provided through Google authentication. We do not ask for national ID numbers, phone number, home address, date of birth, a separate password, or other additional personal registration data.

We do not build a personal user profile for advertising or for selling data. Your name and email are used to authenticate the account, link access, and provide the service.

3. Content used to generate ads

The images and other files you upload are materials you provide for the execution of your requested ad. They are processed only to the extent necessary to run the creation flow, deliver the result, manage credits, handle support, and prevent abuse. We do not use these materials to sell data or to build personal profiles of users.

Avoid uploading documents, sensitive information, or images of other people without authorization. If an image contains another person's personal data, the responsibility for authorization and use of that material rests with whoever uploaded it.

4. Minimum technical data

• Account: name and email provided by Google;
• Operation: information needed to deliver ads, credits, downloads, and support;
• Functioning: minimal cookies and technical logs needed for authentication, security, and stability, including your interface language preference;

5. Purposes

We use the data to create and deliver ads, authenticate users, link purchases to the account, manage credits, process disputes, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service's stability.

6. Legal bases

Processing may take place for contract performance, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, the regular exercise of rights, fraud prevention and security, legitimate interest, or consent, whichever basis applies. Optional communication or marketing data depends on the choices available to you.

7. Sharing and external services

We may share strictly necessary data with authentication, hosting, storage, payment, support, monitoring, and third-party artificial intelligence providers used to run the requested flow. Each provider may have its own terms and policies.

Uploaded files may be transmitted to external services necessary for processing. Do not upload sensitive personal data, documents, or images of other people without an appropriate legal basis and authorization. Some providers may process data outside Brazil, subject to the applicable safeguards and requirements.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, to provide the service, for security, to handle disputes, and to comply with legal obligations. Input files and results may remain available for the period stated in the app and be deleted or anonymized afterward, unless there is a legitimate reason to keep them.

Deletion requests are reviewed under Brazil's LGPD (its general data protection law). Some records may be kept when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, prevent fraud, exercise rights, or preserve evidence.

9. Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures suited to the nature of the data, including authentication, access control, secure communication where available, and logs to help prevent abuse. No system connected to the internet is completely immune to incidents.

10. Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation and access to your data, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking, or deletion where applicable, portability under the terms of the regulation, withdrawal of consent, and review of decisions made solely through automated processing. If the data-protection law of your own country grants you additional rights, you may exercise them through the channels provided under that law.

To make a request, email [email protected], preferably using your account's email address and describing your request. We may ask for information to confirm your identity and protect your account.

11. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies necessary for login, session management, security, and your language and display-currency preferences. Optional cookies should only be used for additional purposes when appropriate information and a legal basis are in place. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

12. Minors

The service is not directed at children. If a parent or guardian identifies that a minor has improperly provided data, they should contact us so the situation can be reviewed and, where applicable, the data deleted.

13. Changes

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service, our providers, the law, or our processing practices. The current version and its update date will always be available on this page.
