Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of ViralizaShop, a service that turns materials uploaded by the user into images, scripts, voiceovers, and video ads through automation and third-party artificial intelligence services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, accessing the app, or purchasing credits, you state that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any rules shown at the time of purchase. The service is intended for people legally able to enter into and use digital services. If you act on behalf of a company, you state that you are authorized to represent it.

2. How the service works

To create an ad, the user uploads product references — typically the product photo, the price, and a description — and picks from the available options. To create content, the user provides the topic or script and picks the character. The system may classify the materials and create images, scripts, voiceovers, and scenes, delivering one video per request.

Automatically generated results are probabilistic. The user must review the product, price, text, image, voice, model, setting, and other information before publishing or using the material.

3. Login and account

Access can be done by authenticating with a Google account, without creating a separate ViralizaShop password. The user is responsible for account security, for the accuracy of the information provided, and for reporting any unauthorized access.

4. Credits, generation, and downloads

Generating one ad, delivered as one video, uses 1 credit. Generating one content video uses 1 credit when it has one to three scenes and 2 credits when it has four to six scenes. The cost is shown before each generation, according to the current offer. Credits are personal, tied to the account, and valid for the period stated on the purchase page. There is no recurring subscription unless expressly stated.

Credits are reserved when generation starts. If a definitive technical failure attributable to the service occurs before delivery, the reservation is released or the credits are refunded. The first download or export confirms the ad's use. Additional downloads do not consume further credits, unless expressly stated otherwise.

These rules do not override any mandatory rights provided by applicable law, including those related to a defect or failure of the service, where applicable.

5. Content uploaded by the user

The user states that they hold the rights, authorizations, and licenses necessary to use the photos, videos, brands, people, voices, text, prices, music, products, and other materials uploaded. The user is also responsible for the accuracy of the information and commercial claims featured in the ad.

The user grants ViralizaShop a non-exclusive, limited, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, adapt, and transmit the materials, solely to the extent necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

6. Prohibited content and moderation

You may not use the service to generate or spread content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, involves the exploitation of minors, unlawful violence, invasion of privacy, unauthorized use of someone's likeness, counterfeiting, unlawful products, or infringement of copyright, trademarks, or other third-party rights.

We may also refuse content that poses a material risk to safety, reputation, the integrity of the service, or the rules of the third-party services used. We may block, interrupt, remove, or prevent the publication of material and suspend accounts in case of violation, abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

When the issue results from the user's material, instructions, or conduct, the credit may be considered used and will not be refunded, subject to applicable law. The user may dispute the decision by emailing [email protected]. If our review finds no violation occurred, we may restore the content, redo the processing, or refund the corresponding credit, as applicable.

7. Third-party services and availability

ViralizaShop relies on external authentication, infrastructure, storage, payment, processing, and artificial intelligence services. These services may experience downtime, limits, changes, maintenance, restrictions, or discontinuation as decided by their own providers.

We may suspend, replace, or adapt parts of the service when necessary. We do not guarantee continuous availability, a fixed processing time, the continued use of any specific technology, or any particular business outcome. We are not liable for damages caused solely by third parties, force majeure, external infrastructure failure, or acts of the user, except for liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual property

The user keeps any rights they already held over their materials. Use of the results must respect third-party rights, the terms of the services involved, and applicable law. Because automated systems can produce similar results for different users, we do not guarantee exclusivity, absolute originality, or the absence of elements that may require review.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralizaShop is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, decreased sales, publishing decisions, incorrect information provided by the user, or consequences of using an ad without reviewing it. Nothing in this section excludes liability for willful misconduct, fraud, data-protection obligations, non-waivable rights, or liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, fraud, improper chargebacks, abuse, attempts to circumvent limits, security risk, or legal requirement. Whenever possible, we will communicate the reason and provide a channel to dispute the decision. Credits obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these rules do not entitle the user to a refund.

11. Support and changes

Support is provided by email at [email protected]. We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The current version, with its update date, will always be available on this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, which applies even when the user accesses the service from another country. Nothing here prevents you from exercising any rights before the competent authorities or courts, or under the consumer-protection rules that apply in your own jurisdiction.
